I am working on fMRI denoising using the CONN toolbox and need some clarification regarding motion regressors. I have the motion parameters in SPM format, which include 3 translations and 3 rotations. However, the rotation parameters are in degrees. Consequently, I set batch.motion_file_type = 3 when running art.m.
My confusion lies in the specific format required for the CONN module. Does it require a .deg.txt file in this case?
