Conversion from nii to jpg

Hi Guys
I want to convert nii file into jpg. Can anybody suggest me the best and easier way

You could try med2image. Please be aware that traditional jpg images are lossy 8-bit, while most medical imaging data is 16-bit. Therefore, you will need to carefully adjust your window width and window center (e.g. contrast and brightness) and you should be aware of compression artifacts. CT scans are calibrated, so you can choose the appropriate Hounsfield units for your window width and center. This will not work for MRI data. For many uses, maintaining images as 16-bit 3D volumes can provide information that is simply not available in 8-bit 2D slices.

Hi there,
I think that ImageJ can perform this function for you:

Best of luck.
