Convert xfit dipole modelling results to the standard space


I have aligned MRI and MEG data for each subject using mrilab (neuromag software) to get sphere model parameters (i.e. origin x, origin y, origin z) that I have used in dipole modelling in xfit. Dipole modelling gives me source coordinates of the responses. As far as I understand, I should transform the coordinates into the standard space if I want to analyze the locations using ANOVA and all subjects. Could someone please let me know how to convert the source coordinates computed with xfit into the standard space? One solution could be to use mne.head_to_mni from mne Python. However, to use that I need MRI<->Head coordinate transformation. I wonder if it is possible to get the transformation matrix from mrilab?
