Hi all,
I have run the first and second level FSL FEAT process composed of files in subject (native) space. I would like to run a third level (group-level) GLM using FSL, but it looks like that requires for all of my 2nd level copes to be in MNI space. Is there any way to transform these cope images into MNI space?
