Converting FSL mask into freesurfer space

Hi everyone,

I’m working on structural brain imaging, using freesurfer.
I have the recon_all output for my subjects and have run a first group analysis (mris_preproc then mri_glmfit), but now I’d like to run it again only on voxels corresponding to some ROIs.

I’ve made a binary mask with FSL but I can’t manage to convert this mask (which is in the MNI space) to my fsaverage space in freesurfer, how could I do that ?

Or maybe is there an easier way, like directly creating ROI mask with freesurfer ?
