I’m currently using CAT12 to run segmentation on my data. I was checking some of the data which have a higher Euler number, and I was wondering if there’s a way to correct these errors, or is it only possible to go through this using FreeSurfer?
In addition, I ran the longitudinal segmentation, and here, the defect numbers appear to be 0 for all of the data. Is this correct even though the Euler numbers are not 0? Thanks in advance!
