Does anyone have an MRIcron compatible Yeo2011_7Networks (http://www.freesurfer.net/fswiki/CorticalParcellation_Yeo2011) template? I have a lesion map that I would like to overlay on the yeo template to quantify the number of lesioned voxels that overlap with the different networks (via MRIcron -> Draw -> Descriptive).
I have been unsuccessful at converting the freesurfer version (from the first link above) to work as a template in MRICron, despite following, despite changing header information as show at the bottom of this webpage: https://people.cas.sc.edu/rorden/mricro/template.html.
I can also try this in MRIcroGL if anyone knows how to do the equivalent of MRIcron -> Draw -> Descriptive.
