Since we have a large dataset (> 1TB) stored on Box Drive, we tried the CLI first, but CLI did not work out (always showed error messages; only detected two files).
I then tried uploading individual subject folders one by one through web interface. I was able to upload some last week (though it took forever for each). However, I was not able to see any new folders added to the dataset after seeing “upload completed successfully” message today. I tried many times and each times all saw the success message, but no data showed up on the dataset.
Any ideas on troubleshooting this error would be appreciated. Thanks!!
