Deface T1 image to match OASIS template

Hello,

My raw T1 nifti file has not been defaced in any way; however, I see that the OASIS template used for the skull-stripping protocol has been defaced. Will this create an issue if there’s an incongruence in defacing between the anatomical image and brain extraction template used in antsBrainExtraction.sh?

I would be surprised if it did create any issues, but you should (always) evaluate the quality of the skulls stripping using the HTML reports created by FMRIPREP.
