Hi all!
1st time poster with a few questions for my MsC dissertation regarding implementing pre-defined ROI’s into VBM analysis. I have conducted some group level analyses of Na scans, and will be defining some ROI’s using the WFU PickAtlas. My aim is to carry these ROI’s forward to a VBM analysis, but after reading through the CAT12 toolbox I’m unsure when I’m supposed to implement these?
My initial thought is after contrast generation under ‘Stats’ → ‘Results’ → ‘Apply Masking’ → ‘Atlas’ to confine the volumetric comparison to the mask containing my ROI’s - would this be correct? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
