DHCP spec files

Hi all,

I’ve just downloaded the third release of the DHCP dataset, and am running into errors trying to view the wb.spec files using wb_view. It looks like the filenames specified in the spec file use a non-BIDS convention, while the files themselves have been updated to follow the BIDS convention. Just wanted to bring this up so the data curators are aware!
