Hi,
I am trying to register 2nd release data to dhcpSym (surface)/dhcp volumetric (Schuh 2019) templates using the dhcp template alignment repo.
Are the rotational transforms released with the repo suitable for 2nd release data and my target templates or do I need to re-estimate them?
I am confused since it mentions the MNI space and as far as I know, neither the data nor the templates are in MNI.
Edit: Can the same rotational transforms be used to register the native surfaces to fsaverage? I am only interested in data in the surface space, not volumetric space.
