I am working with the dHCP data set and I want to use one of the xfm subject transformations, from-bold_to-extdhcp40wk_mode-image.nii.gz. However, while I have the nonlinear transformation file (from-bold_to-extdhcp40wk_mode-image.nii.gz), the linear .mat transformation file that would precede it doesn’t seem to be included. Does anyone know where I can find it or how best to generate it? The dHCP data set seems to no longer include any xfm folders since it was moved to the NDA. Thank you so much!
