Summary of what happened:
I am giving neurodesk a try and am having difficulty getting it to open any applications. I am running the neurodesk app on a Mac (macOS 13.6.1) and I am running it locally. Everything appears to work correctly until I try to open the neurodesktop virtual desktop. For all of the neuroimaging software I’ve tried to open, a terminal window opens and then gives an error and crashes. I’ve pasted the error message from one attempt at opening fmriprep below. Other applications like LibreOffice work fine.
