Distortion correction

Summary of what happened:

Hi,
I have only one blip AP file (echo gradient EPI) for distortion correction. Most discussions seem to assume the presence of a pair of spin-echo AP and PA.

Is one blip AP file enough to use in the fmriprep pipeline? What would be the correct way to do it?

Hi @Ruben_SR,

As mentioned in one of your earlier posts: Fmriprep fmap with one blip file only. As long as your BOLD is PA, one AP epi should be fine for getting SDC to run (the quality may in part depend on how close in time those two sequences were collected).
