Dear experts
I have a question when I use the probtrackx2_gpu.
In addition to the data in Diffusion.bedpostX, we may need to specify a seed.nii.gz. Assuming the resolution of my seed.nii.gz is 0.5mm iso, but the data.nii.gz in Diffusion.bedpostX is 1.5mm iso. And they do align physically, just with different resolutions. Is this result reliable?
Or do I have to make the resolution of seed.nii.gz 1.5mm iso too?
