Does CAT12 depend on sample-specific information?

When using CAT12 to preprocess my T1-weighted structural images, does CAT12 use sample-specific information for the preprocessing, that is, will the set of images that I select for the preprocessing have an effect on each preprocessed image?

I am asking this because I a) first might want to filter out certain subjects before or after the preprocessing based on external criteria and b) currently there are multiple images for the same subjects coming from different sessions and different runs.

Dear Johannes,

for all images, the same tissue probability priors and templates are used. Therefore the processing is independent of the selected sample.
