Does fMRIprep correct distortion for reverse-blip resting state scans?

i would like to preprocess the rsfMRI scans from https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds004215/versions/1.0.0 using fMRIprep. In this dataset two rsfMRI volumes were acquired in the opposite directions for each subject (i.e. sub-XXX_ses-01_task-rest_dir-forward_bold.nii.gz and sub-XXX_ses-01_task-rest_dir-reverse_bold.nii.gz). I’m wondering if these files can simply be placed in the subject’s func folder and fMRIprep will automatically perform the appropriate distortion correction? Or do i need to run FSL topup on these volumes prior to the fMRIprep preprocessing?
