Does HCPPipeline BIDS app run DWI?

We’ve been experimenting with using the HCPPipelines BIDS app to p reprocess some new data. We noticed that some of the dwi related sections of the code looked commented out.

Is the DWI part for the HCPPipelines not ready yet? Are there any good alternatives for multi-band (ABCD-like) DTI with topup distortion correction??

There is a pull request that adds this functionality. It’s not quite ready to be merged, but should still work. Have a look and give it a try https://github.com/BIDS-Apps/HCPPipelines/pull/15
