Dwiqc the output of qsiprep

Hello Neurostars,

I ran qsiprep for a dataset and looking for some quality measures. I found there are three prefixed measures:

  1. raw_
  2. t1_
  3. t1post_

I figured that “raw_” are the scores for raw images, “t1_” are the scores for processed images to t1-space, But what “t1post_” scores are for? I mean post what process? post topup? …
