I just installed fmriprep and its dependencies,
i have a functional run (run.nii.gz) and a structural image (T1.nii.gz),
and my data isn’t in bids format (and also i don’t know anything about bids)
how can I,
first )
coregister my functional run to anatomical space,
“coregistering is important to me because i have to coregister partial brain coverage (functional images) to a full view anatomical. and results failed with fsl and spm…”
second )
normalize my coregistered data in mni space ?
i’m using ubuntu by the way .
