Enhanced NKI-RS dataset incorrect slice timings in JSON sidecar

Hi there -

I’m processing the Enchanced NKI RS dataset through fMRIPrep and in the process discovered that there are 11 sessions with incorrect number of slice timings in the JSON sidecar for the functional scans. By incorrect number of slice timings, I mean there is mismatch between number of slices in the nifti volume and the number of slice timings specified in the JSON sidecar. This is causing fmriprep to fail as well.

Our team would like to document this issue for our collaborators and for future reference. Has anybody else come across this? If this is a known issue, we couldn’t find that information on the study website easily. We’d appreciate any help in gathering more information about this.

The dataset was downloaded via the s3 bucket from s3://fcp-indi/data/Projects/RocklandSample/RawDataBIDSLatest which is publicly available.
