I want to run a within-participant higher-level analysis in fsl, such that each subject has two cope files-one for each condition. My design should looks something like the attached screenshot, except that instead of two subjects I would have much more subjects.
The values for the first EV (condition) are entered automatically using the model wizard. However, to my understanding, I need to enter the values for the second EV (order) by myself.
Is there a way to give fsl a pre-made vector of values, instead of doing it one by one for each input? I am afraid that doing it handedly will lead to many human errors.
