Epileptogenicity Index Calculation in Python

Hi, I’m Barry. I’m doing research on SEEG in epilepsy. Does anyone know some Python packages or functions that could help us calculate Epileptogenicity Index, which is a good biomarker in Epilepsy?

It doesn’t look like it would be easy to extract (it is just one .exe file), but if the reason you want to use Python is that you do not have MATLAB, then you should know that the AnyWave can be run as a standalone program as long as you have the MATLAB runtime compiler (which is free).
