Error 1 [Code 1] NOT_INCLUDED and VOLUME_COUNT

I can’t figure out what about the following names are not BIDs format. Is it that the TR has a period inside? I’m not sure how else to include the TRs or if there is a better place than the acq for this informations.

Secondly, I have a volume count mismatch for the dwi.nii.gz and the .bvec and .bval
I extracted the .bvec and .bval from dcm2niix and I’m not sure how to correct this issue, does anyone know how to correct it or why it might occur?

Yes, periods are not allowed in file names. You can set the TR metadata as the RepetitionTime field in the JSON sidecars.

I don’t know much about the bvec and bval… perhaps someone else can help with that one.
