When running the current version of frmiprep (v1.0.6) the confound workflow crashed with an error related to aCompCor and tCompCor, originatng in a bug in nipype, which was probably introduced in the previous version of nipype (v0.14).
Since I’d like to use the CompCor covariates, I wondered what the best strategy of proceeding is. Should I use an older version of fmriprep that used nypipe 0.13 or older, or is there a chance that there will be a new release soon that includes a fix for that error? In case of choosing an older version, is there a way to find the versions of all the dependencies that fmriprep is using? I couldn’t find anything.
