Error in fetch_development_fmri function

Hi there,
I am running through some of the example tutorials and upon calling fetch_development_fmri I receive the following error:
urllib.error.HTTPError: HTTP Error 308: PERMANENT REDIRECT

I am running nilearn 0.6.0 on a HPC.
