Hello, Mindbogglers, and developers!
I am trying to extract mindboggle shape measures (even better if other measures can be used also), for a custom atlas(label) that is defined as an annot file for the fsaverage template.
(For the measures in freesurfer we do this by using the qcache flag to sample them to the fsaverage space).
Is there a simple way to do this?
BTW. We are planning to run the pipeline without ANTs.
