I wanted to ask if anyone had done an ROI analysis of DTI data in FSL. I have certain results from a dataset and have created a mask of those results and want to conduct the ROI analysis in a second subject group. I know how to obtain individual FA values from the mask but wanted to ask if anyone knew how to conduct the TBSS group analysis within the restricted ROI.
