Fail to register HCP website

Dear HCP team
I am interested in structural and diffusion MRI dataset.
I would like to use deep learning explore the development of newborn’s brain.
I have tried three times to register with the name Harry.
Unfortunately, I bounced back with an error, saying that “Email send failed. If you are unable to log in to your account, please contact an administrator or create an account with a different email address.”
Please tell me what should I do.Thank you very much.
