Has MRIQC’s FD calculation changed across versions?
We have some subjects who ran on old version’s of MRIQC, and some that have run on newer versions due to more recent collections (it’s been a long project with a few torch passings). We are interested in using the MRIQC FD calculation in our 2nd level design matrix as a confound, and want to know whether we should rerun MRIQC to get more accurate measurements for those older subjects.
