I am running a 1st level analysis using FEAT with the nonlinear registration enabled. However I noticed under the subj/reg/ folder, the highres2standard nifti file isn’t generated at all, and the analysis didn’t crash at all either. Does anyone have any ideas on why this could happen? I’m using FSL 6.0.1.
