Summary of what happened:
Dear experts,
I have finished preprocessing a multisite dataset and noticed that the alignment between the anatomical reference of the fieldmap and the target EPI was particularly poor for one of the sites (see the screenshots).
I have read that reverting to version 20.2.7 could help but given that the latest version works well for all other sites I was hoping to be able to stick to the latest version if possible.
Any assistance with this will be greatly appreciated.
