Fmri prep ubuntu

Dear all,

I recently installed Ubuntu on my computer and would like to test fmriprep. I haven’t seen any information about installing fmriprep on Ubuntu distributions. Is there anything special about it?

thanks,

Alex

Hi Alex,

No, there is not anything too special about it. fMRIPrep runs best in a Docker/Singularity container, which are nice because they are their own precompiled computing environments that can be run on any operating system. As long as you have Docker or Singularity installed, both of which are free, you should be all set!

Best,
Steven

I remember that there is nothing special. If you installed Docker already, you can run it. Otherwise, if you use python, you can install Nipype.

best wishes,
