fMRI prep v1.5 completion

We are using docker swarm to run the fmriprep container.
We need to manage our job queue and are it seems that some of the services are still running when other ones are “complete” or had errors.
What are the last files written in frmiprep for anatomy and for bold processing

we are using the “–ignore slicetiming --output-spaces T1w MNI152NLin2009cAsym:res-2 MNI152NLin2009cAsym:res-native” arguments

The last files written are the HTML reports. The order all the other files are saved in is non-deterministic, and depends on the details of the scheduler.
