Hi!
I’m using fmridenoise on the dataset preprocessed with fmriprep 20.2.2. And it gives me an error saying that dataset_description.json is missing from the project root, although this file exists.
This is the error:
bids.exceptions.BIDSValidationError: ‘dataset_description.json’ is missing from project root. Every valid BIDS dataset must have this file.
Example contents of ‘dataset_description.json’:
{“Name”: “Example dataset”, “BIDSVersion”: “1.0.2”}
On the same computer I try to run fmridenoise with a dataset preprocessed with an older version of fmriprep and it works.
Does anyway have the same issues or any ideas about what’s going on?
