fMRIdenoise errn 13 permission denied

Hi, @karofinc!

I’m trying to use fMRIdenoise tool, but I keep getting this message:
PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/home/alado/datasets/RBH/preprocessed/fmriprep/sub-02/derivatives'
where the path is the path to the directory with outputs of fmriprep. directory “derivatives” was created after I tried to run fMRIdenoise for the first time.

Hi, @alado! Could you paste the command with which you ran fMRIDenoise?

Also, we are releasing a new, heavily rebuild and tested, version of fMRIDenoise this month, so I highly suggest you to wait a bit and use the new version of the tool.

Thanks a lot for a fast reply! I would be happy to use the newest version.

I used command fmridenoise <path_to_binds>
