after adding the IntendedFor flag in sub-Pilot_dir-PA_epi.json, the output of fmriprep on the corresponding runs in the HTML file has no “Fieldmap to EPI registration” and “Fieldmap” steps. I guess that’s the expected behavior since that phase encoding direction method has replaced fieldmap in correcting distortions. Can anyone confirm that?
