Fmriprep and external Dependancies

Hello, when i install the docker version of Fmriprep, do i need to install the external dependencies separately or does the installer take care of this?
e.g.
From the webpage…
fMRIPRep requires some other neuroimaging software tools that are not handled by the Python’s packaging system (Pypi) used to deploy the fmriprep package:

Hi Mark, the Docker container contains all necessary external dependencies.
