Hi,
I have run fMRIprep 24.1.0 - in the boiler plate methods, there is no information about the slice timing correction or any acknowledgement of the dummy scans (after using the dummy scans flag).
The appropriate practice is usually to copy the boiler plate into the manuscript, however we would like to include this important information.
Is there a way to get fMRIprep to include this information in the boiler plate or is there a reason it is missing?
Hi @MRI_New,
Does this persist in most recent fMRIPrep? I know slice-timing correction should have a section in the boilerplate (e.g.,
BOLD runs were slice-time corrected to 0.479s (0.5 of slice acquisition range
0s-0.958s) using `3dTshift` from AFNI [@afni, RRID:SCR_005927].
). Have you confirmed STC was performed?
Not sure if dummy scans has a corresponding section, but this pertains more to your GLM than preprocessing anyway.
Best,
Steven
Hi,
Thank you for getting back to me!
We have already preprocessed our data using 24.1.0 as that is the version available on our system, and the slice timing correction information is not in the boiler plate. We have checked the rest of the html and json files which confirm that slice timing correction was conducted.
