Hi all,
I am trying to do fieldmap correction on my EPI using fmriprep but the SDC output after running fmriprep is more distorted than the original image. Is seems the fieldmap correction is being applied to the R/L direction while it should be applied to the A/P direction. I have tried manually changing the PhaseEncodingDirection in the .json file for both the EPI and the fieldmap images (I have 2 magnitude images and one Phase Difference image) to “j-” from “I”, and the distortion correction looks even worse.
