Hi! I recently re-preprocessed some data with a newer version of fmriprep and I noticed that the fieldmap susceptibility distortion correction has been incorrectly applied in the new version. I have a setup with two magnitude images and one phase difference image.
The old fmriprep was version 1.2.5
The new fmriprep is version 20.0.5

I looked up the fmriprep documentation on SDC, but it only says that the SDC feature has been excised. Maybe the new fmriprep just expects a fieldmap instead of phase differences?
