Those you are seeing are just warnings. It seems to me that fMRIPrep finished correctly. I agree that the last line is quite misleading Sentry is attempting to send 1 pending error messages. We’ll look into that.
Regarding the red contour, that is a bug in visualization. We are currently working on that one.
