Upon completion, fmriprep generates an HTML report. However, my browser consistently fails to load the page to completion, as it crashes and generates an “out of memory” error. This is with any browser, and any computer. My Desktop has 48GB of RAM, and in my HPC environment, I have 64GB. We are doing a “dense imaging study” with one participant having as many as 40 scans. Loading this one in and monitoring its memory usage, shows about 22GB used before crashing. Anyone have any ideas as for workarounds? I’m surprised an html file would consume so much memory, especially just for a single participant.
