Fmriprep ICA_Aroma results reproducibility

Dear #fmriprepStars,
what im trying to do is find out that ICA-aroma doesn’t remove components after applying it to already ICA-aroma preproccessed data. Algorithm:1. apply fmriprep with ICA-aroma -> 2. mv sub-_preproc_T1w.nii.gz and sub-_bold-MNI<…>_preproc.nii.gz to (1) BIDS directory 3. Apply fmriprep ICA aroma to (2) data.

How could i check result reproducibility of ICA-aroma?

Hi @Relyativist, sorry we missed your question out.

Are you still trying this? At first, I’d recommend you to download ICA-AROMA (make sure you use the same version as with fMRIPrep) and avoid that potentially dangerous step 2.

That said, I’m not sure what the hypothesis is here.
