I am processing some data acquired with a 3D EPI sequence where the contrast could be thought of occurring all at TR/2, not like 2D EPI where the slices are acquired at different times. I think this means I should disable slice time correction with --ignore slicetiming right? And what about shifting the events by TR/2?
