fMRIPrep minimal mode with SyN SDC

Hello,

It seems that when I run fMRIPrep with --level minimal and --use-syn-sdc, the workflow does not generate _fieldmap.nii.gz files like fieldmap-based SDC. I wonder if it’s possible for the minimal mode to also generate SyN-SDC-based files, probably one for each functional run?

I don’t believe SDC is calculated in minimal mode. Might be calculated in resampling.
