FMRIPREP on cluster?

Hi,

I’m using FMRIPREP with fmriprep-docker on my local Mac machine but it’s very slow. What is the preferred and suggested way to either use e.g. AWS or something else to scale this up and make it run faster?

You can use AWS Batch to run any Docker application. You can also try Clowdr.

For running on multi-tenant clusters (HPCs) we recommend using Singularity.
