I’m new to fMRIprep and I meet an orientation problem.
Well, I preprocessed my data via fMRIprep (with default pipeline), then I smooth and model these preprocessed data with SPM12.
Usually, it works well, but only one participant’s data (3 runs) can’t be modeled successfully.
the error message from SPM12 is:
** The images do not all have same orientation and/or voxel sizes. **

The problem looks that it comes from the difference in orientation between data
[… ; 0 0 4.001 -82.501] and [… ; 0 0 4 -82.5]
Does anyone know how to fix it?
