How may one view fmriprep results in Brain Voyager?
The plugin supplied with BV crashes.
nii-> fmr works
nii-> vmr works
but it crashes over the connection between the fmr and the vmr, when trying to convert these to vtc (conversion from fmr to vtc without aligning to vmr works).
Except for manually setting the alignment between these (vmr and fmr) from the transformations calculated in fmriprep (or converting nii to dicoms?)- any other suggestions?
Any analogue in nipype for anatomical+functional?
